-Payment Methods FAQ

We accept most of the mainstream payment methods. The following payment gateways should only appear on your checkout page under specific conditions. Please let us know if you have any queries about your payments.

  • Major credit/debit card payment is supported by Stripe.
  • SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) available when currency is EUR
  • iDEAL available when currency is EUR, and billing country is NL
  • Affirm is supported for USD currencies, as long as your billing country is US and your cart/product total ranges from $50.00 to $30,000.00.
  • Afterpay is only applicable for USD currency.
  • Klarna available when currency USD, EUR & billing country is US, EU countries.


We gurantee the overall quality of any of our pet products, and provide dedicated pre-sales and after-sales support to ensure your satisfaction. While our products do not come with a specific warranty, we confidently offer a 15-day return policy to safeguard your customer rights.

-How do I return my purchased?

All our products adhere to elevated quality standards and undergo meticulous inspection prior to shipment. Upon identifying any transit-related damage, contact us immediately after receiving the goods for a quick and easy replacement.

We also recognize that customers may also need to initiate returns for personal reasons. We fully support customer rights, and the return process must adhere to specific criteria outlined below.

  • within 15 days of receiving the goods
  • products must be in its original condition, unused and with all tags and packaging intact (resalable).

To initiate a return, please drop us an email info@pawzevent.com to summit your request. You will need to provide your order number, the photo of item and the reason of this returning. Our customer service team will be responded as soon as possible to advise you the further step.

We will cover the return fees in the event of incorrect items or any damages and defects upon receiving the package. The responsibility for return costs lies with you only in the case of a change of mind.

-When will I have the refund?

We will process your refund once the goods have safely arrived at our warehouse. Your refund will be reimbursed to the initial chosen method of payment, please allow up to 7 business days for the transaction to appear to your account.


Each order is guaranteed to be processed the same day and shipped within 24 hours.

Your items will be dispatched from our warehouses in Australia and China, contingent upon stock availability and your shipping address. The tracking link will be attached in the email once your package is dispatched.

(If you are interested in our products but your shipping address is not listed among our countries, please email us, and we’ll make every effort to coordinate with our carrier.)

  • For orders under $59, the delivery fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • For orders over $59, shipping is free to the listed countries.
